The process for sending a cylinder in to U.S. Chrome is a simple one.

Send all cylinders to:

• Please remove all parts from the cylinder (i.e. all nuts, bolts, studs, gaskets, power valves, brass and steel fittings, etc.. A $25.00 parts removal fee will be charged if these are not removed. U.S. CHROME - Wisconsin is not liable for damage to these items!


• Complete our simple work order form by clicking HERE or on a sheet of paper, supply us with the following information:

Your name, return address, daytime phone number

The year, make, and model of the cylinder(s)

State the requested piston / cylinder clearance (if different from the piston manufacturer's recommended clearance).

If you require an estimate or have any other special instruction such as payment or shipping terms, please specify this.

• Enclose the piston itself (it will be safely returned with the repaired cylinder), or request for us to order a Wiseco piston or piston kit for you.


• Please carefully package the cylinder in a cardboard box. Use plenty of protective packaging such as bubble-wrap, foam chips, or crumpled newspaper to help prevent damage to the cylinder during transit.
